Two main or literal definitions for FUSE: 1) to unite or blend into a whole, as if by melting together and 2) a tube, or cord filled or saturated with combustible matter, for igniting an explosive.
The vision for Fuse is simple: we are uniting and blending young people from around the city, from all types of ethnicities, and all ages (7th - College) to see ONE thing: an explosion for Christ. Fuse is a group of young people who have been radically set free by Jesus Christ and are now passionately seeking Him with all their hearts.
With only a small percentage of teens attending church today, we are committed and serious about reaching thousands of youth in this city: through media, arts, sports, music or any avenue that is relevant to them. Fuse does not look at young people as a statistic or number. Instead, we value each and every yung person and within them, we see the God-breathed potential to change the world. They are the future.
At Fuse we tackle controversial subjects that young people are faced with every day. We focus on relationships as the way to making disciples of Christ. We will see this generation changed one relationship at a time through the love of Christ.
Fuse meets every Wednesday at 7 PM on our Central Campus in the Student Center.
